Vintage phillips moped from 1963.This is a lovely original phillips panda mk3 moped needing some work..It requires a pedal shaft as the old one snapped..The moped is complete(apart from pedal shaft) and for its age is in decent nick..The v5 was lost years ago,so new one needs to be applied for..It was rescued from the back of a garage having been put there years back by the lady owner who fell off..Its only covered 2,400 miles according to speedo reading,and that looks about right for condition of bike..Previous owner fitted new carb and had it up and running............This being a mk3 phillips moped it was built under licence by motobcane,so basically its a mobylette.so parts are interchangable..Please be aware she is nearly 60 years old,and unrestored..The petrol tank will need the inside cleaning..Chrome on wheels is excellent.......The moped is partially stripped ready for replacement of shaft..................
