1972 Honda XL250 MOTOSPORT I bought this bike as an American import from a UK dealer in 2016. It didn't require a lot of work to get it roadworthy , UK correct date registered , (V5 document in my name ) and mot'd , I literally have done 4 miles on it since then (Oct 2016) My motorcycling days have been behind me ( I am not of an age where I want to take the risk anymore :-) for a long while now, so I am selling this great little Trail bike. It has not been run since I put it away nearly 4 years ago, everything is free and working, engine kicks over nicely, no oil leaks (never was ) all brakes and clutch are free moving. It will need re-commissioning now with possible carb clean, ( I haven't the time to clean the carb and start it, or the inclination these days !! ) the tank was cleaned and sealed when I put it on the road so there is no loose rust to deal with in there. All the brake linings were new when it was on the road 4 years ago.
