1993 Kawasaki ZXR400 L3 in reasonable condition for age. Good stuff: UK bike, not an import. Bike is standard as far as I know except one of the previous owners has changed the brake and clutch levers. Generally an unmolested honest bike. Original plastics, some life left in tyres. Starts and can be seen running. Brand new battery. Original Kawasaki tool kit present under rear seat. Has an alarm/immobiliser. Bad stuff: hasn’t been ridden in anger in approx 10 years. No current MOT. Has been sat in the garage but started periodically. Fork seals may need replacing and either front or rear brake is slightly binding. Bike does roll but would need sorting before riding. Minimal service history, could do with a service. While plastics are original, they do have the odd scratch and scrape in keeping with its age. One side panel has crazing and the front nose come has been plastic welded inside by a previous owner. It is not visible at all from outside. Would make the basis for a great project for first big bike or a track bike possibly, though originals are getting rarer so maybe restore? I have owned this bike since 2005 and ridden out to MOT’s until a couple of years ago.
