This is for a 1980 250 superdream.It was used only for the first 3 years of its life and then for some reason was stored away. It still wears its last tax disc which ran out in August '83. It has covered 22.000 miles.Recomissioning has started as follows:-Collector box has been plated and heat proof painted. New battery. New left silencer. It now runs. The engine is very quiet. It was stored with oil periodically run down the plug holes so it currently smokes somewhat while all this burns off. Other than the above, nothing else has been done and more general recomissioning will be required eg- throttle cables are dry, tyres are well perished etc but nothing major as far as I can tell.The inside of the tank is immaculate.It's now mot exempt.Comes with key and v5 in my name.
