Great looking bike! the paint work has been refreshed With no decals used all writing air brushed on to a very high standard in my opinion. I’ve had to update a few bits on the bike due to wear and tear. It has had new chain and sprockets, new tyres just fitted, new genuine Kawasaki tachometer cable, the seat cover has been replaced but all old strips etc used again, left and right hand side switch gear replaced as couple of bits broken on old ones, new choke cable, new master cylinder, new petrol cap, new fuel petcock, genuine rear foot pegs. The carbs have been ultrasonically cleaned with genuine new pilot jets etc#30. The chrome work throughout the bike is very good with only an odd mark on the exhausts which are the original pipes in great condition, the oil tank etc has been cleaned and flushed out and the oil pump bled! But you’ll probably want to do this yourself for your own peace of mind!the bike starts first kick and idles nicely, I’ve not done a lot of miles on the bike but it does run nicely. The mileage is showing 16566 miles but I have no idea if this is genuine or not, from the overall condition of the bike I have no reason to believe this is not correct The bad bits on the bike the speedometer glass is cracked and the tachometer even tho it’s had a genuine new cable still does not work correctly, it moves up slowly but doesn’t act like it should do and one of the fork ears has got a very slight bend in it hardly noticeable at all! Overall this is a good honest bike which I will be sad to see go as it’s kept me busy through lockdown. The v5 is present and in my name the bike is registered on a M plate.
