Kawasaki KDX 250 KX 250 Road Legal Project. Relisted due to auction winner contacting me to ask to cancel as his transit sport was stolen the night of auction! So... Kdx 250 fitted with 1996 KX 250 2 stroke motocross engine.The bike was stripped and rebuilt, having frame powder coated, all swingarm and linkage bearings replaced, wheel bearings, headstock bearings, forks rebuilt and wheels fitted with new tyres. The Kx engine was rebuilt also and will still need ran in. The bike starts no problem and runs fine (will need a full nut and bolt check before riding).The work was not done by me but was done by the previous passionate owner. The bike has sat for a few year I bought this bike with the intention of having it finished and putting it through and mot but have never got around to it. This bike is 90% there.Reason for project is that the wiring for lights etc needs to be wired up, there is a live ran from the engine to work with but that is as far as it has got. With a bit time and knowledge this bike could be awesome kx 250 2 stroke road legal and I think someone should appreciate it. I know this bike’s worth once finished.I have original bars and hand guards also.
