Description

This was originally the moto used on BBC Casualty by a paramedic, I have a few pictures, some history and an authenticating letter from the BBC. When I purchased it it was in regular RT trim. It got knocked over when left in the centre of Bristol, and I removed the RT bodywork and replaced with a cut down K75 RS nosecone. I lifted the mounting bracket 90mm to give a bit more weather protection. Its had many adventures during my 10 years of ownership, and was the favourite bike for trips to the continent. Zero vibration, lots of carrying capacity and a comfy riding position for rider and pillion. Its got a RAM rear shock, and up rated front springs, which improve handling when carrying touring gear. Last trip was a 3 weeker to Marseilles, for a beer. That was 3 years ago, On our return I bought an R1100 rs w a gearbox fault very cheap and the K75 hasn't. turned a wheel since. It was always serviced, and gave 100% availability. I pushed it out of the motoDen yesterday, the brakes are binding a little. The first jump start attempt split a petrol pipe. I fixed that, and on the second push of the button it fired up and ran quite sweetly. If it sells, I really would prefer payment by a bank transfer or cash on collection. Any questions ?
