Grab a fantastic project with this Honda CR250m twinshock motocross bike absolutely stunning when these are restored. This one is ready for restoration but does need to be completely gone through.. Phill & I travel to California buying these bikes and bringing them back to the UK. We filmed a TV pilot show & have a web series online about our travels, the bikes & cars.. It arrived on a container from California on Thursday & it's being sold exactly as we bought it. We know that these things are hard to come by here and we also know our customer love to buy bikes in this kind of condition as they want to do full restorations. The engine mount bolts are missing on this so literally the engine is just sitting in the frame. the engine is seized & there are some engine bolts missing too.. someone has made some extra shock mount points to give extra travel at the back end - we'd suggest taking this out, cleaning the frame up & then having it repainted or powder coated.. what you see is exactly what you get - EXCEPT I HAVE FOUND THE SIDE PANELS FOR THE BIKE SO THEY COME WITH IT TOO it's ripe for restoration either for racing or as a collectors item.. There is something about the old Honda's which i really like & with a bit of work this would be a beautiful bike & as you know they are getting rarer & more difficult to find especially in "project" condition which if you are like me, thats how you want them as you get the enjoyment of restoring them yourself. Bike is 44 years old & is being sold as a project whatever you choose to do with this bike I am certain you are starting from a great platform. obviously due to current lock down restrictions people may find it difficult to collect so we can either take a sizeable deposit & you can collect after the lock down OR currently bike delivery companies are still delivering bikes throughout the country so we can get you in touch for it to be delivered... any questions please feel free to ask Classic bikes have seen huge increases in value over the past 10 years & they are set to continue.
