Here for sale is my 2008 Yamaha FZ1S, in deep metallic red with the black engine/gold wheels combo. Owned by me for the last 4 odd years, ODO reads 14,400. Its been a brilliant bike; sports bike quick and touring capable. Sad to see it go, but a new bike has arrived and I'm just not putting the miles on this anymore so its time for it to move on. General condition is very good, the bike has been extensively cared for and protected against the small amount of wet weather riding it has done. Finish is virtually mint, very few marks and blemishes on paint, and the running gear and frame are pretty much spotless as you can see in the pics. Only detractions are:A small patch of corrosion on one of the headers, (might come off with harpic)A small "rub" on the swing arm from when it was tied down while being delivered.2 Small marks on the tank, one of which is usefully on the gel pad.I've included pictures of these in the interests of full disclosure. Running order is also very good; self serviced, oil changed again pre-sale. has had a coolant flush and brake fluid renewed over the last 2 years. Plenty of miles yet until the first scheduled valve check at 26k. Running Michelin Pilot Road 4's front and back (front is about 50% worn, the back has only done a couple hundred miles. Going in for a fresh MOT this week and will ensure this is done before sale. Huge list of extras on this bike, I've listed them below. Note that any modification has been a "bolt on" change and that with the exception of the original screen and tail pack, all the original parts are included in the sale, meaning this bike could be returned to stock if desired.
