We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it. The single most important purchase for a classic restoration project is the bike to restore, whether it's going to be a commercial venture or just a hobby interest it all starts here!. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – Graphics being the most obvious & it has been painted black. The Devil 4:1 exhaust can is scuffed, tank is dented on the r/h side & seat cover is torn. BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS......... The wheels look straight with nice clean discs, calipers & working master cylinders. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome. Mudguard is solid. Tail light assy is good as is the headlight. Instruments & switches look good. Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip. Fuel tank is squeaky clean inside. Shock absorber is damping fine. (Vehicles over 40 years old are MOT exempt) You need proof of the year of manufacture in writing. Owners clubs and associations can help with this. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number. Send all this paper work to the DVLA, who will charge you £55 for the 1st registration plus the current amount for the road tax. The DVLA will send you your age related registration number.
