PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION IN FULL SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. 1981 Honda CB650z being sold as spares or repairs. The photos make it look better than it is - there’s a lot of work to be done and so please buy this assuming you will need to strip it and start again. I bought as a tinkering project but no time to finish it. It had done 55,000 miles when I bought it but I’ve since done a full engine rebuild including all bearings (Con-rod, big end, main) and brand new oversize pistons and rings (+.45mm). Frame has been painted not powder coated and could do with starting again - it has picked up some scratches in storage as shown in photos. Tank is ok inside for the age but will need a full cleanse and seal, along with some dents that need filling. I will include the POR-15 tank kit in the sale worth £50 The wiring is also a mess and I’d suggest starting with a new loom. There’s no exhaust Carbs are disassembled ready to be re-jetted So lots to do but a good base. So around £1300 to £1400 in brand new unused parts.
