I have owned and absolutely loved this beautiful bike for 12 years. Unfortunately, it is time to part company as she requires a fair amount of work to return it to it's best performance and I am not able to carry this out. Whilst she does still drive, there are a number of issues that will require attention. Main display / clock is not functioning (suspected faulty alternator)Alternator - probably requires replacingCoolant hoses / clips will require replacingThermostat - seems to be functioning but requires replacement gasketFork seals - leakingSteering lock - not working There may be other issues but please treat this sale as "spares / repairs". In my opinion it will require a new owner that is capable of restoration themselves. Having listed all the negatives, there are still many great aspects to this bike. Lo and behold, the display is working today - whilst I don’t suggest this is completely resolved it would suggest the current display can be repaired if problem persists or perhaps there is a loose connection somewhere. Also I can now see mileage which is a little lower than I’d guessed - actually 46,500 not 50k. Front left indicator requires new bulb.
