Hi there,1995 FR400RR 3TJ model, it is a UK 4DX bike (one of only 500).Overall condition is pretty good, it starts and runs well, rides nicely and has a full years MOT.Mechanically the bike is in good order and has only 17924 miles, I have MOT certificates going back to 2007 to verify this. It starts first time every time, runs well and revs cleanly throughout the rev range, no oil leaks and no engine smoke. Gearbox, clutch, chain, sprockets and EXUP valve all good, the exhaust can is an aftermarket A16 item, I do have the original can although it is damaged. Suspension is good at both ends as are the brakes. Tyres are Michelin Road 3's front & rear with approx 5mm tread remaining.Overall bodywork condition is good although there are some scuffs, scratches and minor cracks to the bodywork, call them character or patina or wear & tear but please have a good look at the photos to see exactly what's what. The bike has definitely been dropped at some point prior to 2013, it looks like the left hand clip-on handlebar has hit the frame at some point so there is a dent in the frame, it was there when bought and does not affect how the bike rides or handles.Going forward there are a few different ways to consider this bike; Use it as it is, it's a good road bike and is absolutely ideal for a shorter rider or for someone on restricted license as a 35kw restrictor kit is included (but is not fitted). Use it as the basis for a track bike or race bike, these fzr400rr's are popular in the Formula 400 classes.Restore it to absolute perfection, this is where the small scuffs & scratches could be dealt with and as the frame has a painted finish the dent could be dealt with and be repainted to be invisible.I do have a few spares which are available by separate discussion;The original exhaust can, a set of exhaust manifolds with the EXUP valve welded open and lastly an FZR400RR-SP rear shock absorber.If you need delivery of the bike then please get in touch with your postcode and I'll get a quote from a friend who runs a delivery business.Viewing is welcome, I'm in Cramlington (North East England).Please message me with any questions either through Ebay or on 07788 668600 if easier.Thanks, Chris.
