This is a brand new bike that has never been registered on the road. This bike has been in storage for 5 years and is no longer required. This bike has no "certificate of conformity " which is required before it can be registered. To get round this it requires a MSVA 1 cert which can be obtained from a DVSA registered test centre at a costs of £85. After this you just register the bike in your name and you should get a 20 plate. There is just a few marks on the underside shown on the last picture
