Honda PC50 barn find project. Engine seems to turn over, never tried to have it running though, not sure if the brakes are binding on or the wheel bearings are partially seized but it does roll but very stiff,It has sat outside in the elements at some point. Will need some work to make it road worthy. No papers, no logbook and no nova. Collection only, Hinckley.
