Absolutely brilliant bike.This is a complete spur of the moment decision to sell my beloved Mid-Size Adventure/Green Lane/Touring Bike.If it doesn’t sell in this 1 week it’s listed I’ll probably keep it for a lot longer!Fitted with the smooth and robust Rotax 652cc Single Cylinder engine it was so much smoother than I expected, vibes are only really noticeable at 80mph plus and then they’re just there to let you know you’re pushing on a bit! Way smoother + lighter than a Tenere 660.All round good condition and wants for nothing. Zoom in on photos to judge for yourself but this is a 8 year old dual sport bike that has been used as such.I have limited green lane skills but this bike was a great confidence booster - even with mostly road orientated tyres fitted. I only really went on dry dusty lanes (see last pic) but it coped very well.Felt like it was capable of much more than me!ABS is able to be disarmed for off road use but I didn’t bother.Bike comes fully loaded - New Genuine BMW Heated Grips and Switch with balance of 2yr guarantee. GPR exhaust can with removable baffle (I left it in and it’s perfect) Tool Tube - fitted where 2nd standard silencer would have been - genius and very useful. Scotoiler - automatic chain luber tucked away just above tool tube. Lust Racing Suspension Linkage Handguards - incredible , really deflect wind away keeping hands much warmer - protect controls in event of a spill too. Uprated Sump Guard. Engine Crash Bars. Headlight Guard Clock Covers - virtually invisible! +1 tooth bigger front sprocket - as it is a 5 speed gearbox this just seemed like a no brainer to me, drops engine revs a touch on motorways without effecting performance negatively at all Motobatt Battery - Heavier duty battery, highly recommended upgrade for a 650 single! Always plugged in to battery tender when not in use (not included) Low front mudguard - not standard but I fitted this to keep road muck at bay , works well. Nearly new Genuine BMW seat - original was stained when I got it so treated bike to a new one. K+N Airfilter - Washable and aids performance and economy. Cross brace - fitted to handlebars for extra strength and also great for fitting accessories to. EBC HH Front Brake Pads , new - the only weak part of the bikes performance so I fitted these and now happy with them. Gloop - Both inner tubes filled with puncture prevention product. Can’t say if it works but never had a puncture!I think that’s it! Possibly more I've forgotten.It also comes with a centre stand which I don’t think is standard and is incredibly easy to use. Very handy for proper chain maintenance and wheel cleaning.Mileage is around 27,600 BUT it has had the Major Valve Service done at 24,000 at a BMW Dealership. Full Dealer Service history up to that point.These engines are capable of mega mileage.In the last 12 months I have also done the following myself - Oil and filter change Coolant change Brake fluid change New rear sprocket Lubed all pivots, cables etc Only used quality petrol!Cosmetic imperfections - Handguards have a few minor scuffs on the ends Black Panel in centre of tank cover has a few very small marks near tank pad Front “Beak” has a light graze Front wheel hub paint starting to flake a little All normal age related marks really but just being clear and honest!Tyres have plenty of life left, same for chain.MOT is 15 October. It will fly through next inspection.Final cherry on the top is running cost - I Average over 70mpg without even trying.It’s truly incredible on fuel.
