PLEASE study the photos properly as they form part of the description Here for sale is my RD125LC project. It is a 1982 model. It is a french import, FULLY UK REGISTERED, with 8 months remaining. I have the V5 in my name I am the first UK registered owner. It has the VJMC dating certificate confirming it age,colour etc The bike runs okay , but could do with setting up a bit better...it currently has an aftermarket air filter but, comes with the original air box, I have just never got round to fitting it. It has matching frame and engine numbers. I have not yet had a Registration plate made for it, so it does not come with a number plate...the new owner can choose what style he or she wants. The bikes condition reflects its age and use...it is rare to find one that isn`t restored...it just shows its age and battle scars.....but keeps it originality...a very useable classic 125. Personally, I had no plans to restore it....I think its "well used" look is is far more interesting than it being restored...a bike or car is only original once. As you can see from the photos, there is surface rust on a few bits here and there, its vey original, but does have a few minor modifications that I believe have just been done to keep it on the road and legal..such as the rear indicators. Please please study the photos carefully, and take your time looking at everything...this bike is nearly 40 years old, so please do not expect full service history. This is being sold as a project. Genuine reason for sale, I could with the a bit more space and the funds will go to finishing a couple of my other projects. No but it now, sensible reserve.
