This is a Honda Express NC50 "no-ped" that I've had for a few years, but it's just been sitting in the garage and not used. It's been off the road since 1987 and is currently on SORN - just one of those 'projects' that I never got round to sorting. I'm now moving house so it's up for sale. I've put a new battery on it, new transmission oil and some fresh fuel in it and, rather amazingly, it started and ran round the village green - but then stopped - and won't start again. I think it's a fuel-flow issue, but I'm not certain. I got it running again from a remote petrol bottle, so it could just be a blocked petcock or some dirt in the tank? Anyway, it needs a bit of fettling to get it running properly, but the basics are there. Some of the lights work and some don't; the indicators and horn seem to work okay; the wheels and tyres are in good condition with no sign of perishing and they both hold air well. It needs a new ignition switch and keys (£7 on eBay, with clip-on connectors) as the current one is broken and hanging out. It shouldn't take very much to get everything running as it should - and it's an absolute giggle to ride around on. It's just reached the 40 year old milestone on 1st June, so I think it should now be tax and MOT exempt. I have the V5 in my name, a Haynes workshop manual and a Honda shop manual too. That's all I can say about it really. The pictures show its condition pretty clearly and "it is what it is" - sold 'as seen' with no warranty. Obviously, I won't even consider posting this, so it will have to be collected from Kettering, Northants. (with social distancing, of course) and payment should be made by PayPal before collection please.
