1968 British spec BSA Starfire which has been dry stored since 1992 until 2 weeks ago.Condition is used and will need re-commissioning.Having said that, we have honed the bore, fitted new rings and re-ground the valves.The carburettor has been cleaned out and a new battery has been fitted - its starts and runs well.The wheel rims are Borrani of Italy and the front brake is the desirable twin leading shoe type.Brake lights work via pedal and hand lever.Horn does work but is not currently wired in.The speedo and rev counter need attention but both cables are driving.The numbers are correct as is the original registration 05.08.1968 plus original buff log book and V5 present.There is a chain guard included but not currently fitted. We think the pictures give a good impression of the bikes condition. Please no time wasters - any questions you may have are most welcome prior to bidding.
