My incredibly reliable Honda SLR 650 for sale. This one came from Austria but the speedo was changed from Km to Miles and it has a UK registration plate R reg and UK/GB V5C.There's a Givi monokey top box, and a few other bits that I will give to the lucky purchaser including tank bag.There's a spare seat which has a rip in it. I purchased a leather cover to staple on to the spare seat but never got around to doing that so, the bike comes with a spare seat and a leather cover that just needs to be stapled on to it.Both the left and right exhaust shields are scratched and the right one is cracked. I recently purchased a replacement exhaust shield for the left side - not fitted yet so I'll give that to the purchaser. However, I haven't yet sourced one for the righthand side.The front forks need a bit of black paint, the front side light (inside the main beam housing) needs a new rubber grommet to hold the bulb in place better, but I've used some blutak to do the same thing.I will include a lock that goes on the right handle grip and front brake lever.MOT runs out in September. Tyres are good and there's a new innertube in the back wheel. Last service including oil change, filter replacements and spark plug change in March 2020. I also replaced the back brake pad then.The bike is 22 years old but has proven to be utterly reliable and fun to ride. I'm only selling because I have upgraded to a much newer Africa Twin.
