This is a barn find. I remember Garelli were a desirable name amongst us 16 years olds in the 70's.But this is a step thru model. It is totally untested.The wheels roll and tyres hold pressure.The suspension forks seem to work as do the brakes.As to the engine and transmission I have no idea.One pedal is missing.No key and no number plate.No log book.
