I have owned this bike for 10 years but it has had little use. So I am selling it on because of the usual commitments and being short. Recently, I had the engine rebored and new valve seals etc. ( I have the old parts and receipt.) It will need the new owner to run it in. The mechanic who carried out the work is one of Spain's top class racer motorcycle men if you have any reservation about the work done. There business is ‘guzzimotobox’ where you can find on the internet. Other recent work undertaken: Fork seals New front disc New front goodridge New speedo cable Recent Carb rebuild kit Iridium spark plug New front fairing Disc pads Chain and sprocket Recent KnN filter Paintwork Caliper refurbished Headstock bearings cleaned and re-greased. I do not know the exact mileage as the last owner put XR600 clocks on the bike. But it starts, runs and rides fine. It would benefit from a few pieces being powder coated (foot rests, chain adjusters etc.) and a new rear brake light switch spring. The seat also has a couple of small holes. Exhaust is in VGC. Rear tyre is about 65% worn and the front 50% I have recently brought this bike up to par and had it checked over with the mechanic. I have been waiting for tank decals but have told v recently they have been held up somewhere in Spain so, sorry no promises they`ll be on. Please feel free to ring me with any thoughts or questions.
