Hi, here I have a Yamaha fzr 600 genesis which I bought to get back on the road whilst i was off work during lockdown. The bike was stood for about 2 years before I got it and since then I have stripped and cleaned the carbs, emptied the tank and cleaned fuel filter/pump. I also gave the bike a full service which included: Oil filter Oil Air filter Spark plugs. I also fitted new rear pads and a new rear brake switch as it was seized where stood. Everything works as it should and it runs lovely, I cant see it needing much to get through an mot but I'm back to work now so I dont have the time to get it sorted and it's a waste to just go back into storage. i also have a folder full of service history plus the original red key.
