Heres a poor old thing, but some parts may be handy. listing at scrap value and no reserve to clear. Can chuck in back of car or can get it delivered for 100 notes to most of UK, or you can try Shiply for a good deal. Rolls around quite happily. Old chap died last year. Used to kick it over regular, but for last year could not even do that. Does NOT turn over now. Know the lady has the log book still. She kept the actual rear plate as a memento. Hubby bought it, then got a CX500 for himself. They both used to ride to their house in France on them for years, until age stepped in. Sold the CX years back as was tool heavy. Then neither could ride the little 400. Just left out back of cottage with lino over it! Have some parts on as well to clear that came with it. No dents in tank. Apart from broken clutch lever is all complete. If win and just want certain parts off it, i can strip them off and post just them. Never bothered hassling lady for the V5, as doubt will ever go back on road, but i may be able to ask her on a good day for it. If your bidding depends on the V5 let me know and will see what i can do, otherwise just take it as it is in pics. Genuine Honda oil filter and points etc........think the two brackets for exhaust, so will retain them though for the exhaust system sale................On 29-Aug-20 at 17:20:26 BST, seller added the following information: HAVE V5. 1977. One owner one address from new. NOTE.......is obviously the old style book, so will have to play with DVLA to get a replacement new style Historic one i expect.....keep the number and provenance etc. I am in the VJMC, and they are very helpful with forms and any certificates of authenticity etc. Have only done one before, and had no log book at all, just the plate number, but got new V5 easily for that. Note interesting 5 digit plate as well. On 29-Aug-20 at 17:40:39 BST, seller added the following information: Still not found the original key, but can apparently get new ones still from Honda. Presumably with either vin number, or barrel number......................also have new boxed Stanley HM headlamp with bike bits.............new exhaust and rear mudguard are on independently..........both Honda but the two loose headers are the old ones and need a re-chrome...............see other items and pics etc..............
