I am regrettably selling my beautiful VFR750. I just dont ride it enough and need the space in the garage for other things.This VFR750FV is the last year of the carbureted engine, it has gear driven cams so no timing chains to wear out. It has done 26500 miles and rides like a new bike.Never uses any oil or coolant, always starts instantly and runs superb. There is no damage or cracks to any of the green body panels and all the mounting points and screws are perfect. It is all standard apart from a rear mudguard extender and a automatic chain oiler (Scottoiler) I have not had to adjust, clean or lubricate the chain at all. You will see in the photos that I have the original pillion grab handles and also a small luggage rack, the rack will be included if you wish to have it. I work as a car mechanic/technician so do all my own maintenance,I serviced the bike in June at 26000 miles including carb strip,clean with new gaskets and throttles balanced etc, also checked valve clearances which were all perfect (inside the camshafts etc look like new).New spark plugs, fuel filter etc .I replaced the fork seals and changed the fork oil at the same time. Tyres and brakes are all good so nothing needs doing to it and it is ready to ride. The MOT expires 2/7/2021 and there are no advisories. The paint is all original and shines really well, there are a few very small marks but you have to search for them, I am very fussy so I know they are there but no one else has ever spotted them, it is in very good condition for its age. Wheels are good with no damage or peeling paint, all electrics are working perfectly inc low fuel light and the digital clock. I have spent more time polishing and caring for this bike than actually riding it, I have taken all bodywork off and applied electrical grease to all connections and multi plugs on the bike so it should not have any electrical gremlins in the future. As I say if I had the space i would just keep it because I love the quality engineering and in my opinion these engines are the best bike engine ever made. Cash or bank transfer please. No stopping the auction, no bidders with poor feedback, I need to sell it to create space, I dont want to be messed around by people with no intention of buying it and will not respond to "whats your lowest price? I do not have the rear seat cowl for the bike, I have no service or handbooks, the exhaust is original and in good solid condition, I am the 6th owner and I bought it January 2019. I dont want to sell it but have moved to a house with small garage so do not have space for it now, I am always moving it around to get to things in the garage. It is not perfect like a brand new bike, it has been used for 23 years and 26000 miles but it looks great and gets lots of comments when I am out on it. All body panels look original and the paintwork also looks original. If you search you can see the odd mark here and there.
