Re-listed due to time waster.1970 Yamaha YB50 unrestricted 4 speed Auto-lube modelThis predates the FS1E which was based on this machine.First registered on 10th April 1970, this bike was imported to the UK last year by the previous owner.Reg number EHJ 661HV5C logbook in my name, registered as historic vehicle.Lots of similarities to the early FS1 and FS1E this little motorcycle runs & rides perfectly.As you can see from the photos it is very nice presentable condition, it has it's original paint/graphics/badges (one side panel is missing the decal & badge) chrome and has not been restored, obviously is does show signs of age, a few dents, after all it is 50 years old but nothing too bad, the rear mudguard has had a repair at some point in it's life and could do with further work, it has a few small dents, apart from that it is very straight and true and really solid.It has a brand new battery, tyres, indicators, grips, foot-peg rubbers, mirrors, fresh gearbox oil, the rest of the bike is exactly as I got it, it's all in perfect working order. I haven't owned it for very long, the intention was to restore it but it's in such nice original condition I decided to leave it as is plus a different opportunity has come my way so I'm selling it to free up some room in the garage.Tank is nice and clean inside, it has the original optional extra Yamaha side stand fitted as well as the standard centre stand, seat is good and the seat base is really good with no corrosion, original wheel rim chrome is really good. MOT and road tax exempt. Matching frame and engine numbers F5B-145440. This is a 50 year old motorcycle that has not been restored or seen much use in the past few years so please expect age related marks.Viewing is welcome, any questions please ask.
