Here for sale is my 1983 Yamaha XS 650 Heritage Special Bobber, a lot of time and money has been spent on this bike and the pictures speak for themselves. Mechanically the bike is like new, fully rebuilt engine top and bottom this has been placed inside the best frame you can buy for these bikes in my opinion. Running on brand new wheels and rubber. Rather than waffle on about work done or parts used please find a list below and any further questions or information required message me on whatsapp, my number will be listed below. *Full V5 (also a Mountain of paperwork and receipts) *MOT 12 Months. *Fenland Choppers Frame powder coated (all correct spacers used etc, engine hasn't just been thrown in like some on here) *Front suspension fully renewed with new springs, seals and oil (Fork Sanctions are mint) *Front brake caliper has been fully rebuilt and fresh pads fitted.*Front brake master cylinder replaced, Including a fully rebuilt brake caliper. *Rear Brake shoes replaced and is set up very nicely. (EBC used) *Front and Rear tyres are brand new (Avon's Road Runners and they fit like a glove within the mudguards and frame)*Tank has been smoothed and painted in a stunning BMW Black. (Harley Davidson Sportster tank, new fuel tap and fuel cap)*Engine has had full rebuild, top to bottom and everything inbetween (Only 16 Miles on it, so will need running in) The Oil filter and been relocated and upgraded to a HF147. (had 25k on clocks before rebuild and still got these)*Carbs have been fully rebuilt. Would benefit from fine tuning, I've got a bag full of jets currently running a Mikiuni Main jet 140 and Mikuni Pilot jet 40. The horrible Chinese Pod filters in the pictures have been replaced with quality Oval Twin Filter RamAir filters. (If anyone has these on their bikes bin them, If I have time I'll fit the 137's to get them spot on to get rid of a flat spot on the top end) *New inlet rubbers for the carbs. *Brand new exhausts with removable baffles (sounds incredible, turns heads) *New cables etc. *Engine bolt kit. *Genuine Ebay special leather seat (I was going to use this as a base and get someone to make a better quality one) *New Boyer Micro Power Ignition Kit *New Chain 530 Chain used *New Wheel bearings and rebuilt wheels*New sprockets 16T front and 33T Rear*New MPH speedometer fitted but the ratio is wrong and reads 10mph to high (is a shame because its stunning, I was just going to live with it) I was planning on fitting a PMA to this bike, as its currently got a small battery in the cut down HVG air tank I've used to house the electrics. I've started to get some of the kit together before pulling the trigger on buying a PMA (capacitor, wiring and puller) The charging system is operational, I just know they suffer from a terrible design and wanted to eliminate the weak link in the build. The electric stater motor has been refurbished but I didn't want to use it as I'd have to fit an unsightly battery box to the bike. The small jobs left to do is connect the lights up and run the engine in. (the switch gear is complete and operational, just need's a few wires running from the fuse box to them.
