Hi For sale is my Ironhead chopper. Built from the scratch by me in 2016. I part own an engineering company and all the important work has been done by professionals (welding, powder coating, chroming, laser cutting. ETC). I have pictures of all the work done from the start. Im unable to ride it anymore so its been standing around for a while, but in a factory environment so no rust. The last time I used it was September 2017, which is when the MOT ran out. As the bike is now over 40 years old it will be tax free I believe. The springer front end was manufactured from scratch, with laser cut parts and the assembly professionally welded by a coded welder. The engine has been completely dismantled and rebuilt by me. Its only done 280 miles since them. I replaced all the bearings, piston rings, seals ETC. The casing were polished and high temperature clear lacquered. Ive just brought a new starter motor and battery this week for it as its difficult to start. Now its starts first time. its loud with straight through pipes. ive spent quite a bit on parts, here are some of them, most new. The wiring is all internal in the frame. The electrics including the a little fuse box is in the stainless steel waterproof electrics box that has cable glands into it, that also has the regulator bolted to it. located under the oil tank. The old ignition has been replaced with electronic Dyna S Duel Fire ignition system. Are there any faults with it. No, there is a slight oil leak from the oil pressure switch thread. Don't think I put enough thread sealant on it. If I put it together again I would make the back brake foot lever longer to make it more powerful. Apart from that its fine...
