1970 Triumph Bonneville T120R. This is a nice matching numbers bike. In the last 6 months it has had a top end overhaul with a rebore and new pistons. I have also replaced some of the gear change mechanism along with the clutch basket friction plates and springs. It runs and rides nicely and the brakes work well although it doesn't have the original twin leading shoe front brake that it should have. As you can see its in really nice condition with alloy wheel rims and nice chrome. It does still need a minor bit of fettling to be 100%. Its currently running rich so will need the carbs adjusting to be perfect. The gear change is currently a little stiff I'm guessing that the new mechanism needs bedding in and maybe the clutch needs a final adjustment. I have only ridden it about 50 miles since the rebuild so it will definitely need running in and some minor adjustments. There is a small dent in the tank which I have tried to show in the pictures but to be honest its hardly noticeable. It is registered as an historic vehicle so of course is tax and mot exempt. This is a perfect bike if you want to tinker in the shed whilst we are in lockdown as all the hard work has been done. I can recommend a very reliable bike courier as travel is difficult at the moment.
