Year 2000 Sym red devil 50 with 13,000 km. This bike had been dry stored since 2010 and was a non runner when I got it. I have cleaned the carburettor, changed the air filter and put on a plug and new battery. It now starts easily from hot or cold. Brakes working, all electrics seem to work, tyres hold air and suspension seems fine. I have ridden it around the garden and everything seems to be ok. It needs a proper check through and then an mot to be put back on the road. It is a two stroke that requires oil to be mixed with the fuel (premix 50:1). The oil pump is still present but has been disconnected at some point in the past. V5 is present and also origional key. It was last mot'd in 2009 so I assume hasn't been on the road for 10 years. This is a genuine auction that will run to the end, questions along the lines of "how much cash for it now" will be politley ignored. Buyer will need to collect with van or trailer from Ferndown in Dorset. No you can't ride it away - it needs checking through properly first as it has been stored for a decade.
