The last and special verson the TZR250 1KT, the 2XT. UK registered and I have the log book in my name and it has covered 24000KM This bike requires a full restoration and it hasnt run for a long long time. Engine turns over freely There is a ding in the frame see pics. Tank looks solid and holds Fuel Forks leak but the chrome is good. Bodywork in the photos all needs painting but is yamaha bodywork in okish resonable condtion. Seat could do with being replaced. All looks to be there, 2xt parts that are different to the 2ma/1kt include; 15mm front spindle, 2.75 and 3.5in wheels, different carbs, larger reed blocks, different crankcases, different barrels, different CDI, Rev Counter and Loom. Has been dry stored, doesnt look like it will be a hard restoration but it should be pulled apart and fully rebult. I picked this bike up a few years ago too feed race TZRs with parts, however opon finding out it was a 2xt I put it to one side and was keeping it for a rainy day to restore myself.
