Very original looking old Raleigh moped .currently road legal although it’s old enough to be mot and tax exempt. It starts easily and buzzes along nicely, brakes are ok being both drums . Speedo works , horn works . Yes it does have surface rust but that’s part of its appeal. The rims are sound and have not bad chrome . V5 in my name .
