This is a really nice 1960 Venom mark 1 clubman with matching engine and frame numbers and a copy of the Factory record to confirm. I have owned this bike for many years and sympathetically refurbished in that time. It's cosmetically in excellent condition as can be seen from the photos. It starts and rides really well. The clutch and gearbox are excellent and it handles and stops well. It's exactly what you would expect from a cared for and well maintained Velocette it does leak a little oil,the tyres are modern Avon with little wear. I took it for a ride only last week. As I have owned the bike for a long time I have no rush under the present circumstances for the bike to be removed immediately after the sale and am happy for viewings with social distancing. I do not have the original green log book as I bought the bike at the start of the new logbooks and was one of many caught out by the DVLA policy so it was destroyed. I was probably the third or fourth owner as I had to completly overhaul the engine and gearbox with all new bearings etcetera.
