First of all, this is relisted due to an annoying (and costly) time-waster - you bid to buy, no tyre kickers (!!!!). It seems silly to have to put this at the start of the auction description, but needs must. Please ensure that when you place a bid, you are able to a) collect the bike (it is NOT roadworthy), b) you can insure the bike if you are intending to ride it (i.e., check this before you place a bid!), and c) are actually going to go ahead with the purchase. Honda CBR 125r (2008)Project bike - no MOT I got this CBR with the intention of my partner riding it but I have too many other projects to do and this has just sat here for a year or so collecting dust, so it's time to sell it! I got it as an MOT failure, so I've done some of the bits but it needs a couple of other bits sorting. I have fitted:> New rear wheel bearings> New clutch cable> New chain and sprocket kit> Fixed the indicators After being stood, it now needs the brakes servicing as they are sticking on, front type goes flat (I can't see anything in the tyre so I think it must be the valve) and the gear selector seal is weeping oil. This is an ideal project for someone with a little mechanical know-how or maybe has someone to help them through the work. It starts and runs fine; I've ridden it up the lane at the back of my house a few times and it feels okay to me! It is sold as seen, no warranty. It has been stood for a year so may need other work (I'm not an MOT tester, so other work may be found but I don't think so). Please look a the pictures carefully to see the overall condition of the bike - this is a used motorbike. Viewing is also welcome - please message to arrange suitable times etc. Social distancing will be observed where possible. If you have any symptoms (temperature, anosmia, continuous cough), please refrain from viewing/collecting yourself (i.e., get a mate to collect it!).
