Hi and welcome to an auction for one of my toys.BMW K100 cafe racer 99% finished. I bought the bike as you see it last year with the intention of taking it to the TT's this year which is now not going to happen, so here it is.It has individual braided lines to the front and a nifty rear brake conversion, see photos. An awesome exhaust, it looks the mutts nuts. Additional lights on the front all working with a nice touch to the BMW badges, never seen them before or since. Custom leather seat and leather stripe down the bike. The leather is light in colour but showing a bit darker as i had washed the bike before taking the photos. To finish it will need the GSXR speedo plugging in, the rev gauge works but not the speedo. I might have time to look at this before the auction ends, but for now consider the speedo not working. Also the exhaust is blowing from the headers, which again i might have time to remedy. Removed the baffles to hear what it sounds like and it's SO much better :) Good idea to fit them back in for the MOT though...On 11-Jun-20 at 22:26:15 BST, seller added the following information: Update :- Balanced the carbs today, which weren't far away but its nice to have the bike running crisp. Attempted to resolve the speedo not working and with my lack of knowledge coupled with my lack of motor wiring experience, i have now managed to stop the rev gauge working as well as not getting the speedo to work.... Dooh...... I do have a standard dash and front section of wiring loom that will now go with the bike as compensation because i have messed something up.The aftermarket clock that is on the bike is on e bay for between £25 and £35 but delivery from china by the middle of July so not an option to replace by the end of the auction. If you feel that the bike is now not for you, please retract your bid and accept my apologies.
