1997Yamaha YZF 600F. I purchased this as a bit of a project during lockdown, my intension was to spend some money replacing and upgrading, however I’ve instead just run around on it and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m now due back at work so unfortunately its just going to sit being unused. Prior to my ownership it was a well used 40 mile a day commuter and had been totally reliable but was suffering from owner neglect. The previous owner has patched and sealed the exhaust down pipes as they were blowing but will need replacing, I’ve seen good used ones on Ebay for £75 so not a major expense. Overall the bikes in good-to-fair condition cosmetically. There are a few stone chips and marks as you would expect or a 23 year old bike with 42k miles on the clock. There is a piece missing out of the lower right of the front mudguard but it doesn’t effect the use or security of the mudguard. There is only one key, all the old MOT certificates from new, currently MOT’d until 16th of July. I have the V5 in my name, the original owners manual and the data tag paperwork plus a large pile of old receipts.
