CZ 175 Sport N reg 1975,last on the road in Jan 1976 according to the DVLA thats 44 years ago. It is a PROJECT bike. In "as found" condition, poorly painted at some point in the past, the photos do flatter it. It is another one of my projects that I simply won't get done. I have carried out minimal work,so that it starts 1st or 2nd kick, runs and selects all the gears. New 6 volt battery fitted, new idiot lights (the old plastic ones had become brittle and fallen inside the headlight) points reset and gearbox oil changed. Every thing works, lights, indicators and horn, sadly one of the spaceship style lenses is missing,bit they can be bought on most of the CZ spares sites. Speedo shows 15600 km (9544 miles), might be true who knows after so long? Chrome wheels are passable, exhaust and handle bars are poor. Tinware is all present, but well worn with rust spots all over, seat is good,no tears or rips,but seam has come undone due to weak stitching.Frame number, engine number and frame plate details all match the logbook. Logbook and keys are present and she is registered in my name.Due to being over 40 years old this little bike is tax n mot exempt, changing the details is a simple process which can done at the post office.With a bit of fettling you could ride it as it is or restore it if you must.
