This is a 1980 Yamaha RD250E with a RD400 engine fitted. It is on a "V" reg and we have the full UK V5 logbook. It has been sat in a garage for a few years. The owner has given it to us to sell for them and is available for you to view with us in Romford, Essex. The bike was fully rebuilt by Nobby Clarke of NC Racing back in 2005/2006, just before he stopped working on these. The engine is a 400cc one and it has a set of his race pipes which were chromed with alloy silencers. The paintwork is a metallic silver, which is stunning in the sun. The frame and swingarm was powder coated. Since the rebuild it has done just a handful of miles every year and not been used for a past few. We have put some fresh fuel in it and it started after a few kicks. It will want checking over and making sure it is ok for road use before you MOT it. Tyres all look fine and everything appears to be working. We have a folder of receipts and old MOT's for it. The current owner has had it about 20 years and is only selling as it is not getting used and other commitments have taken over life. We are located in Romford, Essex.
