This is a 99p no reserve auction for 2X Yamaha xj600 pre diversions, you are bidding to buy BOTH bikes. If you bid, you are bidding to buy, not to win and make up your mind afterwards or try and chip the price. If you don't like, or are unsure about anything, please don't bid. Both bikes have full logbooks present in my name and both have keys. NEITHER BIKES RUN AND BOTH ARE SOLD AS NON RUNNERS. The bikes came to me from somebody who was in the process of stripping and rebuilding them from the ground up, but unfortunately he never got quite to finishing them, and got as far as they stand now. It looks as though a lot of time, effort and probably money has gone into these. I was told that prior to being stripped both did run, and whilst I have no reason to disbelieve this, I cannot prove this or guarantee it in anyway as I haven't seen them run, so you are buying them strictly as unknown non runners for spares or repair. Red bike appears complete other than silencer and looks like its not far from being finished. Engine turns over if you put it in gear and push it. New rear tyre. Aprox 38k on clocks. Blue bike appears mostly there, carbs and exhaust not present. Engine turns over if you put it in gear and push it. New rear tyre. Aprox 55k on clocks. Comes with a big box of spares as seen, includes calipers, exhaust collars, new pads, coils, loom, clocks and many other bits. Would make a good project, possibly good bases for a cafe racer or custom. What's written here is what I know about them.
