ORION PANTHER 125cc KIDS QUAD - AGES 10 - 16 YEARS I purchased this quad Brand New 2 years ago for our 10 year old son for £1100. This is an ideal safe first quad for a child of about 10 years plus. This bike has had very little overall use and is in very good used condition - only ridden for about an hour a week over summer of 2018 and was not used at all in 2019 due to his football commitments. Then it came out this April again as it was one of the few things he could do during lockdown. The Orion Panther 125cc quad is the rarer of two Orion models. The more common 110cc version that you might have seen advertised is a full auto, but has NO neutral and NO reverse. THIS more expensive 125cc version is the much better semi-auto. Start the bike in neutral, then just one click on the gear shift lever into forward (no clutch lever as it's a semi-auto) and the bike will then go through all forward gears the same as a full auto when the thumb throttle is pressed. When you stop, one click back into neutral with the gear shift lever. To reverse its one click the opposite way on the gear shift lever. Great for the kids as they can reverse without having to get off and push, or get you to push! There is a neutral light and a reverse light on the handlebars, so really easy and safe for a child to see when it's in neutral or reverse. I have just purchased an official Orion service kit, so yesterday the quad had a new air filter, fuel filter, spark plug, and an oil change including a flush before the new oil was added.....bike is therefore all ready to go for this summer! Comes with both keys, instruction manual and original tool kit. The quad is fitted with a very low noise, four stroke engine (just like a car) so no messy oil mixing is required! Seat height 67cm (lowest point), ground to handlebar grip 90cm, wheelbase 95cm (axle to axle) and width of 106cm.
