We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........ As you can see this bike is very bright, shiny, and black. There is a nice saddlebag protector, but only on one side. There is also a small gel seat cover which could be easily removed if required. There is a couple of transit damage marks on the mudguards, the one on the front is the worse of the two. BUT NOW FOR A FEW DETAILS......... The wheels are straight with nice clean alloy, good discs, calipers and working brakes. The forks and yokes look straight with good chrome. The tail light assy is good as are the headlight and brackets. Instruments and switches look spot. The throttle is free sliding off the twist grip. The paintwork is generally very bright and tidy. The seat is in good condition. The indicators are tidy. The belt guard is tidy. Both mud guards are solid. The standard exhaust is good. The engine is cosmetically clean BUT BEST OF ALL When we hooked it up to a good battery it starts, runs & revs very nicely indeed. If you are ready for a new project and have been looking for a classic tidy Sportster to fettle then look no further – THIS ONE COULD BE YOURS!!! We HAVE NOT got the Certificate of Title but we will provide proof that VAT & Duty is paid on the NOVA system.(This can take upto 4 weeks) You need to get the bike MOTed. (Vehicles over 40 years old are MOT exempt) You need proof of the year of manufacture in writing. Owners clubs and associations can help with this. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number. Send all this paper work to the DVLA, who will charge you £55 for the 1st registration plus the current amount for the road tax. The DVLA will send you your age related registration number.
